The active CTI recording method uses the DR-Link PCM/2 to do the following:
The integrating of the Mynavoice Recording Solutions with the Mitel Secure Connector has resulted in one of the world’s first totally secure recording solutions, enabling calls to be encrypted end-to-end including on-line storage and archiving.
This new Mynavoice Solution overcomes the technical difficulties experienced by other call recording suppliers in legitimately monitoring data streams on port mirrored LAN switch ports. The Mitel Secure Recording Connector issues a licence key to the Mynavoice system for every call, enabling recordings to be made without sacrificing the added security of voice encryption. This will be of particular benefit to organisations requiring enhanced levels of security such as banking, public safety, local government and contact centres.
